The Challenger 2 silage machine has been developed by Çelikel engineers, who were inspired by the most durable and fastest animal in the world.

A new row-independent forage harvester that can work with 75 hp tractors is on the field; now it is time for our competitors to think!

The row-independent silage machine can fit different tractors through front, side, and back connection options and full operation with 540, 750, and 1000 rpm transmission.

Don’t worry about funnel height while carrying the machine from one place to another. You can fold the funnel of the machine and easily use it in a variety of positions owing to its durable hinge structure (which is located on the funnel) and hydraulic-controlled lift.

Challenger II can work with 75 hp tractors. It makes silage 30% faster and offers a 25% savings compared to other machines. This success on the part of Çelikel engineers has been written in the agricultural history books.

Challenger II makes silage easier with its 12 cutter knifes and excellent chopping feature, in addition to its powerful blowing technique.

The machine's knives are covered by tungsten carbide. This alloy, which is resistant to abrasion and heat, allows for a long lifespan. However, sharpening the knives at regular intervals is essential to obtaining ideal quality and consistent, top-level performance from the machine. The machine's knife sharpening system has been designed to protect the user from danger and to not damage the machine. The user can easily engage in the sharpening process by opening sharpening cover and running the Automatic Knife Sharpening Unit for a few minutes to obtain the suitable sharpness.
